    Your music is too loud…it makes it difficult to hear your voice & the meditation. Maybe I’m the only one with this issue? I was very interested to try one of your meditations on Spotify based on the titles but straining to hear what you were saying made it too uncomfotable. Hope you can possibly adjust the music/voice ratio.

      Hi C! Thank you so much for your feedback! Starting with this week’s episode, I’ve reduced the volume of the background music. I can’t do much for the existing episodes BUT if you email [email protected], I can send you this meditation with the background track lowered.
